Yatir Aharoni, Owner:

For as long as I can remember, I have been an animal lover and dog enthusiast. I grew up in Israel, surrounded by a wide variety of animals. Additionally, I have had my own dogs, cats, a bunny, gerbils, and fish. Whenever my friends were going to be away and needed a pet sitter, knowing my love and natural rapport with animals, I was the first person they would ask to care for their pets and home. Of course I was always happy to do so. Being around animals brings me the greatest joy, and apparently the feeling is mutual, because the animals like me too!
Besides pet sitting and dog walking, I also have experience in dog training. All of my dogs were obedient, knowing how to heel, sit, stay, and come when called, I also trained some of my friends’ dogs to do the same.
I have always been encouraged by my family and friends to look for a job that would make me happy, so for me, Walk Bark N’ Roll is business heaven!

Shaleen Clark, Trainer:

I have always had a huge passion for animals. I grew up with almost any animal you could think of: Dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, ducks. I am surprised I didn’t drive my family crazy with all of the rescued animals I brought home…
As for training, I started off by training my own, and have moved on to working with friends’ and then clients’ dogs. I worked at “K9s only” for over a year and I now volunteer at “A Wish For Animals”.
Officially I have at least 2 years of experience in dog training, but off the record, many more…
I believe that obedience is extremely important and can save your dogs life. I believe the reason that so many dogs end up in the shelters is because dog owners feel that they have no way of communicating with their 4 legged friends. I can help you and your dog understand each other’s language. My goal is to keep more dogs out of the shelter by giving people the proper education that is needed.

Kelly Dies, Trainer:

Since the age of 5 years I had always been a wild child running in the backyard or around the neighborhood with my dogs…
By high school I had found and returned over 10 lost dogs to their owners, convincing my mother every time to allow them to stay the night until I found their parents.
Doing that always gave me such a great sense of pride in myself…
I started working with animals When I was 18. First at Petco, then at the age of 19 I worked at a veterinary clinic. Since 2006 I have been working at a well known Doggie Daycare, giving me hands on experience with large groups of dogs.
In the past few years my career goals have changed from being a K9 Police Officer to being a Dog Trainer and to re-home shelter dogs.
I received a Trainer’s Certificate from Animal Behavior College (ABC) at 2008, and I am always excited to work with new clients, each dog has a different personality and is a new challenge for me!
